What About Chicken Adobo...?

While reading my yahoo email a moment ago, I came across the Philippines most popular food "Chicken Adobo"...it's look yummy!!! and very simple recipe. So, Mummies' out there have a look at the recipe below, who knows you might have an idea what to cook for the family tonight...*wink*

This is a great traditional dish from the Philippines. The recipe is so simple that you'll need a knife only if you have to trim the chicken. Of course, if you like you could also chop a couple of garlic cloves and toss them in with the other ingredients.

RECIPE
This is so easy! Try basmati rice on the side for a simple and fragrant dinner. Serve leftovers with stir-fried vegetables for a quick and easy weeknight meal. iVillage foodies suggest adding garlic to spice things up!
