We're expecting much better crowd on the 2nd day of exhibition than the 1st day, as it was an official opening of the Sandakan Property Expo 2008 by Datuk Liew V K. Soon after the speech and the cutting ribbon ceremony, Datuk made her round to all the exhibitors booth together with the organiser Mr Benjamin Lo (Impact Zone) and the other crew members to present the participation certificate. So, I standby to take some pictures and it's my colleague Jaime's digital camera. After done with that, I personally kept the digital camera to Jaime's handbag and it was placed at the back of the flat TV screen table in our booth. Then, continue with our duty talking to the customers and giving them ideas how they can make huge returns in land investments.
At around 11.45 am suddenly...
Jaime: Rozie where's my handbag?
Me: It's at the place where you put earlier.
Jaime: No, it's not there.
Me: It was there lah, after I put the camera back, I zipped it and leave it at the same place. That's impossible if it wasn't there. (I feel guilty bah course I'm the last person who saw Jaime's handbag, the last person who kept the camera in and the last person who touch her handbag...*sigh*)
Oh no! something is not right somewhere... then we alert everyone and tried to look around our booth and still it's NOT THERE!!! it has been STOLEN from our booth!!! We never expect this kind of thing will happened and we really didn't noticed how it was happened. Our booth is actually wide open and every angle does have other exhibitors too... we extremely wondered how could it happened? They must be a very professional theft...*sigh* Pity Jaime, but hey... she seem cool though... If I were her, I'm definitely panic and might cry for my lost belongings.
Without wasting the time, Jaime accompanied by Mary Rose (our new Marketing Executive) went to the Police Station to lodge a report.
Jaime lost her cash RM800, Thai Baht 1000, Digital Camera worth RM1599, ATM Cards, Credit Cards, Handphone and the important documents Identity Card and the Driving License... phew! what a day for her... I feel sorry for you Jaime...
Due to a very bad incident happened, our mood turns down the whole day...
However, around 7.20 pm someone called Jaime to informed that her handbag was found at the back of his truck and sent it over to her. Jaime was lucky that she has her office tag and name cards in her bag otherwise the founder won't be able to allocate her.
In-fact I have been praying the moment we noticed Jaime's handbag gone missing, since I feel so guilty that I'm the last person who saw and touch her bag... thank you GOD, you've answered my prayer... Amen.
Eventhough the Cash, Digital Camera and Handphone gone missing but at least Jaime got back her Identity Card, Driving License, ATM Cards and Credit Cards...
Thats about our BAD EXPERIENCED on EXHIBITION...

Yummy Foods In Sandakan...!
Touched down Sandakan Airport at 12.35 pm, earlier than expected time at 12.45 pm. Took a cab to Sabah Hotel, done with checked in, and we straight away went to the Yu Yuan Secondary School Hall for the booth set up. Ohhh... man! this is the first time we did the booth set up by ourselves... all the while it was done by the transporter, errrmmm... no idea why but just curious about it, well, probably saving cost. Anyway, we did the set up for only 25 minutes, just a simple set up this time, whereby all the previous exhibitions, we used to have our Company own booth designed which is very elegant and look very presentable, well again to save cost I think...*wink*
Ouch! something sounds funny, yea the stomach calling for foods, hey it's lunch time... hungry! So, our Sandakan colleague Nick brought us to Bandar Kim Fung Food Court and ohhh smells soooo nice... so many choices, confuse what to eat... and we ordered these;-
Ordered "Cha-Kui & Chicken Wings" while wating for our solid foods.
And the solid foods...yummy!!!
We've just came back from our seafood dinner an hour ago... didn't managed to take the pictures... no time bah, haha... the seafoods are soooo... tempting!!! *wink*
Alright peeps, got to get some sleep now, need to wake up early tomorrow for an appointment at 9.30 am, the place is 15 minutes away from Sabah Hotel... till then, night! ohhhhh... missed my kids lah... *sigh*

SANDAKAN... here I come again!
I'll be going outstation to Sandakan tomorrow for 5 days (26 to 30/06/2008). Exhibition again!!! Sandakan Expo 2008, 27 to 29/06/2008, from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm at Yu Yuan Secondary School Hall. The best thing is, we will be staying at Sabah Hotel and it has FOC WIRELESS connection!!! yayyy!!! can continue my blogging without excuse eh...*wink*
Shame on me, I've been to Sandakan for few times but didn't manage to visit those attraction places such as;-
Sepilok Orang Utan
A visit to Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary will allow you to come in close contact with the "Man of the Jungle". It is exciting to watch as these large red apes are astonishing gentle, highly intelligent and will gaze at you with almost disconcerting frankness.
Selingan Turtle Island
The world famous Turtle Island lies about 40km north of Sandakan in the Sulu Sea off Sabah's east coast. It includes three islands of Pulau Selingan, Pulau Bakkungan Kecil and Pulau Gulisan. Pulau Selingan is the main nesting area for green turtles, Chelonia Mydas, while the hawksbill turtles Eretmochelys seem more attracted to the shore of Pulau Gulisan. The two islands were gazetted as Marine Park in 1977 for the protection of these two species in order to save them from extinction.
Sukau / Kinabatangan River
To see wildlife in their own habitat, Sukau is the place to be. You will be amazed by the variety of wildlife that you could so easily spot in this area. Orang Utans, Proboscis Monkeys, Asian Elephant, Sumatrian Rhino, just to name a few.
Other hotspots;-
*Agnes Keith House
*Australian War Memorial
*Gomantong cave
*Japanese Cemetery
*Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary
*Lankayan Island
*Pu Jih Shi Chinese Temple
*Sandakan Crocodile Farm
*St. Michael's and All Angels Church
*The Sandakan Heritage Trail

Rumours Untrue...
I only arrived home around 7.20 pm yesterday due to the massive jammed. While on the way home, I've been in touched with my Aunty Elsie asking if she has picked up my kids from the nursery, she told me that she got stucked in Donggongon road near to Petronas station and that is actually near to the nursery. However, they arrived home 10 minutes after us.
Then, again I asked Hubby to go and get the car petrol fill up, but just before he left we received an SMS below;-
-The Star-
Officials from Shell Malaysia and Sabah Petroleum Dealers Association stressed that there is no truth to the rumours of petrol kiosks closing for 3 days.
Phewww!!! what a rumours huh...
Well, we only filled up our car petrol this morning at 7.15 am at the Petronas Kiosk and it's WIDE OPEN and WITHOUT JAMMED at all!

Everywhere Jammed...
We was informed by a colleague that everywhere is jammed, especially to the petrol station. Another source alert us to fill up our car petrol before midnight as tomorrow all the petrol station are closed. I'm wondering what will going to happen next after the fuel price gone up early this Month??? Is the fuel price will goes up again???
We look out to the Esso Station from our office... ohhhh man! It's massive queue!!! Immediately I called up Hubby to get the car fill up but he told me it's not the right time as it's badly jammed in Sadong Jaya as well as in Karamunsing.
Hubby and I worry about picking up the kids... could be very late with the massive jammed and the kids might uncomfortable waiting at the nursery. Anyway, we came up with a solution the get my Aunty Elsie to fetch them since her office is around Penampang Baru and luckily she ok with that.
I'm still wondering what's going on out there...?

What's Your Baby's Theme Song?
Hey! this is fun lah... I got it from jppmom, then do it for my Zachary and yes! almost true though...*wink*
Your baby's theme song is Hokey Pokey
Your child's theme song is a fun, silly tune that's accompanied by some goofy shaking of arms and legs — followed by lots of laughter. That's why we think it's the perfect match for your charming little one who keeps you cracking up with playful antics, whether it's by making funny faces and sounds, busting dramatic dance moves, or dressing up in crazy costumes.
Your little performer loves to laugh — and even better — get you chuckling. They probably attract an audience wherever they go, and complete strangers might remark on their cuteness and charm. Perhaps your babe will grow up to become an actor or entertainer. Regardless, your house will always be filled with plenty of joy. And that's what it's all about.

Morning Thoughts
You may not realize this, but it is nevertheless a fact.
If you set out with worry and depression,
of soul toward fate or man, you are giving the key note
to a day of discord and misfortunes.
If you think peace, hope, and happiness,
you are sounding a note of harmony and success.
The result may not be felt at once,
but it will not fail to make itself evident eventually.
Control your morning thoughts.
You can do it!

Report Cards
Last Saturday I'd represented my Mother to collect my niece (Avrill) and nephew (Brady) report cards (at SJKC Yue Min) as well as my sister (Abell) report card (at SM KK High School). Avrill is doing well in all the subjects except for Chinese subject, she only managed to get 40, just passed but still very low marks. As for Brady, he failed 2 subjects, Chinese and Mathematics... poor boy. I hope Brady can catch up in his 3rd semester exam. And for Abell, ohhhh....she really need to work hard in her STPM exam in November in order for her to get a very good result.
Hmmm... I was thinking after done with the report cards, that I must send my kids to the same school soon, otherwise I might be driving here and there for their report cards, heheheee...

Jokes Of The Day
Never Say It At Work
THINGS YOU'LL NEVER HEAR AN EMPLOYEE TELL HIS/HER BOSS
1. Never give me work in the morning. Always wait until 5:00 and then bring it to me. The challenge of a deadline is always refreshing.
2. If it's really a "rush job," run in and interrupt me every 10 minutes to inquire how it's going. That greatly aids my efficiency.
3. Always leave without telling anyone where you're going. It gives me a chance to be creative when someone asks where you are.
Debit Card (Visa / Master)
Do you have any problem in applying for Debit Card???
There are 2 types of Debit Card, it's either a combined card (Debit and ATM Card – 2 in 1) or just a Debit Card itself. Anyway, I'd changed my Maybank ATM Card to a combined one and applied for a Master Debit Card through AmBank. What happened yesterday was, I went to AmBank ATM as well as the Deposit Machine to change my pin number and to top up my credit amount, in order to activate the account for online transaction purpose as advised by the Bank. However, due to the AmBank ATM gone something wrong somewhere which I don't know what, and there my Debit Card got retained. Phew!!! I got pissed off. Then, I complaint to the officer that my Debit Card got retained inside the ATM and I want it back immediately. Guess what she answered me??? very simple and unacceptable I should say... she said “All the Machines are handled by the outsource, not directly by the Bank. Once the Debit Card retained it will be automatically canceled. You need to re-apply to get a new one” Meaning to say that my RM30 in getting the Debit Card earlier on is easily GONE. Hmmm... no point arguing, I just said “No thanks, I better get it from other Bank”.
Errmmm... looking forward to apply a Debit Card, any suggestion which bank offers ONLY Debit Card itself (I don't need the combined one)? You know what I mean??? for online transaction purpose... hehe *wink*
What about Public Bank Debit Card???
Quizzzzz...
Oh no! I got crazy with all the quiz, it's a good one if you need a few minutes break. Opppss!!! almost 50% correct lah, kuang! kuang! kuang!... :)

Most of it has survived for eons; others have barely endured, touched by other influences that have led others yet to be forgotten altogether.
Well known as the Land Below The Wind and also Land Of The Sacred Mountain, Sabah is a land of varied landscapes and natural wonders. One will normally ask what kinds of people live in this land of eco-treasures? Often by further understanding our spectrum of cultures, you will find the answer as all types, colours and creeds. All these ethnic groups is a land of varied landscapes and natural wonders. One will normally ask what kinds of people live in this land of eco-treasures? All these ethnic groups live together harmoniously while at the same time preserving their own culture, traditions, festivals and customs to make Sabah a multiculturally exotic experience unlike any other that you might have already experienced.
Like the rest of the Southeast Asian archipelago, Sabah has been culturally affected by the powerful external, continental influences from mainland Asia. However the heterogeneous population often dramatically reveals its well-preserved wonderful customs and practices. Though the country modernizes, and certain rituals and special ceremonial occasions are less frequently performed, one can still experience and observe Sabah’s rich tapestry of custom in the local population’s daily life as well as their special local festivals.
This segment will take you through a virtual experience in getting to know Sabah through the understanding of our traditional musical instruments, costume and ethnic lifestyle. The interactive on-line video streaming featuring Sabah – Malaysian Borneo in general will give you an insight of our unique customs and a special section on the wonderful sounds of Borneo will captivate your heart and soul.
Come to Sabah and let us show you the way to indulge yourself in our most precious custom and shower you with endless affection in our very own unique Sabahan way.

Hmmm... not that bad amount huh...
Yea, the fuel subsidies, have you claim yours? Haha... we was talking about it in the exhibition during the last weekends. One of the exhibitor friend went to the Post Office, Penampang as early at 6.00 am on the very 1st day of pay out day and guess what??? he was shocked, it's really a terrible queue, if you know the Post Office, Penampang, the queue was up to Police Station as per him... phew!!! that is across the road man!. Well, fortunately that our road tax and car insurance only expired next month July and by the time the queue wouldn't be that worst...*grin*

SPONSOREDREVIEWS.COM
Most of you must be very familiar with SR, but how lucky are you getting the bid? I'm wondering if I bid in a wrong way, as I've bid quite few last week as well as this morning and it's still pending for approval, one rejected so far...*sigh*. What about you, how long does it takes to get the approval? Please shares your idea. I'm looking forward to post about those selected titles soon.
PAYPERPOST.COM
What about PPP? Well yea, lots of opportunities but none that suitable for me at the moment apart from the “I Signed Up For PPP” *sigh* I hope there'll be more opportunities that suitable for me soon. What about you bloggers out there? Are you getting more opportunities from PPP?
SMORTY.COM
And Smorty are the same too, no opportunities that suitable for me at the moment. I was lucky once, to post the fist opportunity offered. Would that be the first and the last? I'm still looking forward to grab more opportunities.
BLOGGERWAVE.COM
I'm not sure about BW. Everytime I logged in, it shows there are 2 opportunities for me... wow! how nice, but when I clicked on it, it wasn't suitable for me though... oh no! Then I realized that my posts not even reach up to requirements of at least 90 posts. Well, looking forward to grab more opportunities soon.
SOCIALSPARK.COM
I've tried to signed up for SP as well, but due to IE in the office is still using the old version therefore my application didn't get through as they need the latest version to support the program, too bad... I'll try again once I get my new gadget at home then... *wink*
PAYU2BLOG.COM
I signed up last week but no approval yet. I'm sure the requirement is, you must have your own domain in order to get approval. Ermmm... I better get my own domain soon then, so that I can grab more opportunities *grin*!
Looking forward to more and more and more and more opportunities!!!

Fear...
As mentioned in my previous post (refer to my post My Energetic Boy But...12/05/08), Jboy still scared of “Kajol” (the Pakistani) and the motorcycles sounds. Now even worst though, he even scared of his own uncles (my first cousin Glen & Rudy and Hubby's first cousin Larry). We'd tried everything and anything to cool him down BUT nothing change, till I'm out of ideas how to make Jboy stop from his fear. It really make me worries as it's became unusual to us. Pity him when came to his fear, he will be hiding somewhere, especially underneath the table or behind the door and sometimes nobody realized him there...poor boy *sigh*
Hhmmm... any idea? How should I solve Jboy fears problem... *sigh*

Exhibition...
The four days exhibition we'd in Karamunsing Complex (Sabah Property Show 2008 Exhibition) was tiring but not so bad, that on the 2nd day of exhibition, I'd a chance meeting up with some of my long lost colleagues during The Pan Pacific Hotel time (it is now known as Sutera Hatbour Resorts) that's about 10 years ago, I met 4 of them and ohhh... what a nice gathering, they even provided me some new leads which are very potential. We all are now totally far different from our hotel background though, mostly attached with sales, they even getting a very very very good income, one of them getting 5 figures, working somewhere in conservation area, Danum Valley. The rest 4, working with corporate company and franchise, getting 4 figures still, but better than the hotel. Wow! talking about income, yea it's about money concerned, well yea, due to the inflation, fuel price gone up, rice price gone up and so on, we need to work hard for more money... that's our topic for about 20 minutes. I even talked about earning money through blogging and wow! they were excited and wanted to really join. I get them to visit my blog for some ideas. Oh no! I suppose to talk about UK Land!!! but hey, I did mentioned to them what am I doing and they promise to give me some more leads...*wink*
Herbs??? oh yes, our booths is just right in-front of Himalaya a 100% natural herbal... familiar??? yea, it's a very good product. I just admire the shop environment and arrangement, very neat and tidy. The shop owner is Dr Anil who is also owned a Medisinar Clinic. Being so friendly with the staffs, there I got Dr Anil's new contact and as my new leads too for a land business very soon now hehe...
Look at all the herbs, familiar right (di belakang rumah nenek saya pun ada ni, hehee..)
